You're right about THAT! It's not my favorite thing to do -- try to
prod people to do what they're supposed to do.  However, the response
has been good.  Rick sent in four votes and Ron responded with an
analysis of my analysis, pointing out a few errors in logic, but
appricating the effort to improve the performance of the committee -- I
sent him back a nice positive e-mail, so I feel good about it.  It's
always a gamble -- you don't know who you're going to offend and how
they're going to respond, but sometimes you've just got to take your
best shot and hope.

I appreciate your support and your humor.  That helps a lot.

I hope you're right about a year-end hat trick by Mark.  That would be
great!
