Greetings, 

It's election time once again.  It looks like Merrill's second term is
up, so we will have to elect a new member of the committee.  Larry's
first term is up so he is eligible for a second term.  I've e-mailed
Larry to see if he would be willing to be nominated to serve a second
term, but I haven't received word back.  I'll let you know about that
as well as other nominees as they come in (so we're not all contacting
the same people).

Nominations are now open for two positions on the records committee. 
You can nominate up to three people.  Please contact them to make sure
they are willing to serve if elected.  Elections will proceed as
described in the committee bylaws in section III (Membership).  Here's

The deadline for nominations will be the 15th of December at which time
the voting will begin, so we can complete the process before the first
of the year.
