The big slam

For our mist netting Sunday, August 22nd, we had a
wave of warblers and caught five different species:
Nashville warbler, Virginia's warbler, yellow warbler,
Mac Gillivray's warbler and Wilson's warbler.  

The group has decided to do several more mist nettings
in early September to see what happens during the
beginning of the fall migration.  The next one will be
Tuesday, September 7th and we will open up the nets at
7:00.
