Greetings:

Here is the bird list from the 2nd Deseret Ranch trip (May 18). We had 105 birds on the first trip, one short of our previous record for the Bird Festival Deseret Ranch trips. However, we set a new world record on Monday with 124 birds. Amazing when you consider that we use a 30 passenger WHITE bus which is not the best profile birding vehicle.

There was quite a difference in the birds that had moved onto the ranch in the 4 days between trips. The weather was beautiful. We were not able to access the Neponset Reservoir on either trip due to a washed out road.
