[Birdtalk] Bear River Bird Refuge 5/14

I drove up to the BRBR yesterday, it was a beatiful day!   I identified   species which are listed below:

Red-winged Blackbird
Lark Sparrow
House Sparrow
White-faced Ibis
American Coot
Meadow Lark
Turkey Vulture (2)
Forster's Tern
Pied-eyed Grebe (1)
Killdeer
Western Kingbird
Eastern Kingbird
Double-crested Cormorant
Great Blue Heron
Great Egret
Snowy Egret
Cinnamon Teal
Ruddy Duck
Redhead
Mallard
Gadwall
Bullock's Oriole
Nothern Harrier
American Robin
European Starling
Canada Goose
Western Grebe
Clark's Grebe
American White Pelican
American Avocet
Black-necked Stilt
California Seagull
Franklin's Gull
Marsh Wren
Wilson's Phalarope (one pair)
 
*Possible female RED-NECKED MERGANSER?  I would appreciate help with ID from close-up photos.
