[Birdtalk] Idea: Rename "BirdNet" to "RareBird" (Glen's Idea)

Pragmatically, that is a darn good idea. That sort of change to
list-serve name would make it a lot clearer, prima facie, as to which
list a post is going to...

(Although, that still would not have helped me in this case, because I
didn't check which list it was on to begin with. But, I will try to be
more careful in the future.)

Regardless, this sort of change to list-serve name would make the
distinction clearer, without having to find and then refer to the notes
at UtahBirds that indicate the difference. Along the lines of a
stand-alone document, a stand-alone list-serve name indicates what it is
for, without referring to a separate document.

I think we must think in terms of "what works," and clearly there is
understandable confusion over the purpose of the two lists based solely
on the ambiguity of the two list-serve names. While some have come to
know BirdNet (the "branding risk"), the confusion around the purpose
that name imbues warrants re-branding. I think that Glen's idea is a
good one, and I propose that serious consideration be given to changing
"BirdNet" to "RareBird."
