[Birdtalk] Follow up to Bird IDing

I failed to mention my appreciation to both Pomera and Tim and many others of you that report on this list serve for your contributions to birding in Utah. 

Thanks to Pomera most recently for spotting and reporting the Eurasian Wigeon at Farmington Bay on Swan Day. My assignment that day was helping people with the scopes on the Nature Center Deck. Steve and Cindy Somerfeld came over and told me of your sighting so it made our day being able to show off such a wonderful, uncommon and different duck to our visitors. Several people were able to get a new life bird that day because of it.

As for Tim I have always enjoyed your reports and having the great fortune of bumping into you a few times out in the field birding has been a great learning opportunity for me. By the way have you considered resuming the Bird Quiz? It was great fun and I really miss it.

I hope you both will continue to report your sightings and I for one have benefitted greatly from both of you and others who report here.
