This past weekend I went to Capital Reef NP. and on Saturday the 21st I saw a flock of Canada Geese, with 9 GREATER WHITE-FRONTED GEESE mixed in. They were flying west over Torrey at dawn. See a photo I got of them at http://www.flickr.com/photos/bryanto/3380452360/ unfortunately its not a great photo but you can tell the GWFG by their smaller size. Other birds of interest around were hundreds of EURASIAN COLLARD DOVES, SANDHILL CRANES(heard not seen), MOUNTAIN BLUEBIRD, all in Torrey, and a WESTERN BLUEBIRD In Capital Reef NP, seen in the orchards near the visitor center. See a photo of it at http://www.flickr.com/photos/bryanto/3379656619/
Good Birding
