[Birdtalk] Royal Tern in Calif?

On a trip to southern California, I saw a group of Terns on the beach, on Feb 24. I think  they were Royal Terns. Do you agree? See picture at

I see that they have some white on the forhead, so that eliminates Caspian Tern. An Elegant Tern has a longer thinner bill. Common Terns have a black tip on their bill, and orange legs. Same with Forster's Tern. 

Whatcha think? 

Dizzyland was amazing. No lines! This is the time of year for Disneyland, Sea World, etc. Weather was in 60's.
