[Birdtalk] March Antelope Island Bird Survey

Today Steve, myself and Bob Macdougall  (thanks, Bob for the extra set of
eyes) did our March Antelope Island bird survey.   I didn't have high
expectations since many winter birds have left and the migrants haven't yet
arrived.  It turned out pretty good.
Last March our survey turned out 25 different species.  This year we found
42 species.  One surprising note, last year we saw 4 Burrowing owls in
March.  Today we didn't see any.
