[Birdtalk] Possible Krider's Red-tailed Hawk near Willard Bay

I dropped a friend off at SLC today and on the drive north I saw what
appeared to be a Krider's Red-tailed Hawk off the side of the highway a
couple miles south of Willard Bay. I haven't seen Krider's before, but the
white head caught my eye as something I'd never seen before and the size
appeared right for a Red-tailed. I'm not 100% sure about this ID, but since
my understanding is that Krider's is not common in Utah, keep your eyes out.

Does anybody know more about the occurrance of Krider's in Utah?
