[Birdtalk] Killer cat

I use a Scarecrow motion-activated sprinkler, which cuts down on feline
entry from the driveway. (The rest of our yard is fenced, so there was a
primary entry point to guard.) After a squirt or two, we don't even have to
turn it on much anymore.
It's available on Amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/Contech-Electronics-CRO101-Scarecrow-Motion-Activated/dp/B000071NUS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1244730282&sr=8-1
Tips for use:
- The unit is black and the stickers can be left off, so it's not scary
to any actual crows
- Be sure to put up a sign warning the mail carrier, if applicable
- You don't need to turn the water on full blast... just a trickle will
build up enough pressure
- Use Teflon tape where the metal of the hose connects to the plastic
unit
Good luck!
