Eric Huish and I arrived at Lee Kay Ponds at 4:15 PM and saw the adult Neotropic Cormorant at 4:15 and 10 seconds.  It was in the first (eastern-most) pond on an island with 6 or 7 D.C. Cormorants -- we viewed it from the regular road.  We then went to the observation hut where we found the juvenile swimming around and associating mainly with a couple of pelicans.  We got good looks at both birds.

What a great find!  Three cheers for Pomera!
