[Birdtalk] Neotropic Cormorant

I was at the Lee Kay Ponds today, Tuesday at 2:00 pm and there was a single Neotropic Cormorant on the main pond on a small island directly south from the viewing platform.  It was with 3 double-crested cormorants and was easily distinguished by it smaller size. 
I had made a trip out on Monday at about 1:30 pm and this morning at 7:00 pm and could not find the bird(s) on any of the ponds.
I looked for the second bird reported by others but was unsuccessful today at 2 pm.
