[Birdtalk] Peregrine Falcon Update

Falcon Followers -

Bob received a call last evening about one of the boys (presumably Lex) taking some kind of hit on a guy wire or antenna on top of the Church Office Building.  Sounds like it was a body blow rather than a wing strike.

Although the birds have been wailing and eating as usual today, they have not been too active in flight.  We're hoping that's due more to the heat than some kind of injury to Lex.  The boys play off of each other so if Lex has curtailed his activity because of injury, Early would likely follow suit.

We'll be monitoring the birds tomorrow and will provide updates.  Keep your fingers crossed!
