[Birdtalk] Brighton Bird Count

Hi Folks -

Jeanne and Ray asked me to post a heads up for the Brighton Bird Count scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday, beginning at 8:00 a.m.

The 2009 Porcupine Hill Climb is also taking place tomorrow with citizen starts at 7:00 a.m. and racers at 8:00.  So...it looks like if you don't reach the mouth of the canyon before 7:00, it's going to be a long trip to the top.  I have not experienced this myself, but I understand the police escorts do not let cars pass the bikers.
