[Birdtalk] July Antelope Island Bird Survey

Today Steve and I did our monthly survey for Antelope Island. It seems like
you wait forever for spring migration to start. Then fall migration comes
way too fast.  Today on the causeway we saw Wilson's Phalaropes, Western
Sandpipers and a few Least Sandpipers, fall migration has begun.
The California Gulls must have been very successful nesting this year,
immature Gulls were everywhere.
Our species total was 52.  Here's the list:
