[Birdtalk] Ogden Nature Center Board Meeting Tonight - Now Open toMEMBERS and MEDIA

Hi Birdtalk members,

 

The board has decided not to continue the rehab program, however, they are
going to give us six months and assist us in forming a new organization.  We
will be allowed to continue rehab at the Center for this period at the end
of that period we will have to be ready to move.  This is at least some time
to figure out how to acquire some property and a facility so that this
service does not go away.  I want to give a deeply heart felt THANK YOU to
all of you who have supported the ONC rehab program and ask that anyone
willing continue supporting a new organization to please contact me.  We
will need a lot of help in a very short period.  Any thoughts are greatly
appreciated.  I know birds and rehabilitation but forming an organization is
new ground for me.  Again thanks for all of the support, without it I don't
believe we would have been given the time nor the assistance from the Nature
Center to start new.
