[Birdtalk] Provo Airport Dike - 1/8/09 - Northern Shrike, Rough-legged Hawks

Birded the Provo Airport Dike this afternoon.  Finally saw my first Rough-legged Hawks of this winter.  There were a couple in the area of the southeast corner of the loop.  There was a Northern Shrike on the other side of the line of trees, at the edge of the fields, east of the road on the east side of the loop.  Even the Provo River was iced over today.
