Birded River Lane on my lunch break. In the field to the North just before
you get into the "woods" of River Lane there are mounds of dead carp. If you
can handle the smell the birds are plentiful. I didn't spend much time
picking through since I was in a hurry to get back before I was noticed
missing at work. Also, I saw an American White Pelican this morning near the
East Bay Reserve Club.
