[Birdtalk] Paved 4-lane road to Lytle Ranch!?

I was just on the Utah Birds website, looking through the birding locations listed for Washington County, and was somewhat taken aback by the picture heading that section.  I had no idea how much development had occurred at Lytle Ranch since we visited last year.  Is the birding still any good there?  Ha-ha!
