Before the snow this morning, I drove to Lee Kay Ponds and 7200 W. There is
a lot of open water at Lee Kay now & I found a lot of gulls on the far west
pond; mostly ring-billed and California. At the water on 7200 W. (northwest
of the landfill), I found a 2nd winter Glacous Gull, a few Herring Gulls,
Thayers Gull, Ring-Billed Gull & California Gull. Also at Lee Kay were
Ring-Necked Duck, Shovelers, Redhead, Canvasback, Harriers, Red-Tailed Hawk,
Co. Goldeneye, etc. etc.

I see that the cake theory has its opponents.
