I took another trip over to Lower River Road in Francis today to see if I
could find a Bohemian Waxwing and/or Rusty Blackbird. No luck with
either, but there were lots of Cedar Waxwings, a few Evening Grosbeaks,
and a big flock of SL Audubon birders. They apparently had no more
success than I with the BW or RB.

To compensate for the missed targets, I was rewarded with a Rough-legged
Hawk in the same area as the Waxwings. And up the highway a couple of
miles, just south of Woodland on Bench Creek Road, a Dipper was hanging
out in the Provo River just east of the bridge. Also, a Lewis' Woodpecker
was sitting on a pole up the hill beyond the bridge on Bench Creek Road.
