Hi all:
I realized when I posted the white-winged dove recently that I seldom
post anymore. I did a few hours of birding Sunday afternoon / evening
in the rain, hail, sleet, wind, and occasional sun.
My birding was almost entirely by car, between ~4:15 p.m. and 8:15
p.m. in the Fool Creek Sinks, Oak City, and Lynndyl in northeastern
Millard Co. Did not go to the mountains, canyons, or major reservoirs.
There were at least a half dozen misses of species I can almost always
count on this time of year. I have not relocated the white-winged
dove. My list positive ID list follows.
