Visited Lee Kay Ponds in western Salt Lake County this morning. Nothing really unusual, but saw 39 species and several first year birds (e.g., Chipping Sparrow, swallows, Black-crowned Night Heron, Cinnamon Teal). Good number of waterfowl. A lone female Commn Goldeneye, Ring-necked Duck, Lesser Scaup, Cinnamon Teal. Lots of Canada Geese on nests with three broods that looked that they had just hatched. Here is the list.
