[Birdtalk] DRUNK SISKINS??

We've seen the same behavior, and it may correlate with them being wet
from rain or birdbath. Could that have been the case for yours?
For us, we observed this for a few weeks--before the intoxicating buds
were formed. We thought they were ill, and that may still be the case.
