I know we've already had a bunch of these posts but I felt obligated to post mine. I finally got my first Red Crossbill at my feeders. Yard bird #93 (I think). It was a lone female feeding on sunflower at my platform feeder in Pleasant Grove.
I stopped at the Provo Cemetery Tuesday after work. After seeing White-winged Crossbills at Memorial Park on Provo Center St. on Sunday with Matt I thought the cemetery may be worth checking again. It had been over a moth since I last checked. I was able to find a small flock of Red Crossbills but no WWs. They were feeding very quietly and hard to find.
