[Birdtalk] Misc Salt Lake Sightings

Didn't get out and about for any real birding today but did see and hear plent of birds while I was out ribbing around town. 

Sugarhouse Area 

10-15 Pine Siskin continue in my neighborhood for the 11th straight week. Prior to this I had only had this species twice in the area 

2 Cedar Waxwings 

1 Dark-eyed Junco (gray-headed) at my neighbors feeder. Usually only are Oregon in my neighborhood

Cottonwood Heights Area

4 Red Crossbill were heard and seen near Bengal Blvd and 2700 East

25 Pine Siskin continue in Sam's neighborhood as well 

1 Chipping Sparrow singing at Sam's. There has been one around for almost a month

It will be interesting to see how late the siskin remain in the valley this year.
