Hi all,
I'd like to get out tonight to listen for night migrants. Winds are
forecasted to be around 10kts out of the north at ~10000 ft so conditions
should be pretty favorable. There are a number of options that I have not
decided for or against...
*Jupiter Peak/Guardsman Pass - 1/4 mile hike I believe
*Above the Avenues (1.5 mile hike up along a dirt road - well lit with city
and moon light)
*Suncrest - drive to with minimal to no hiking
*The road that goes up to Farmington or Bountiful Peak (somewhere on the
hillside or up on the ridge? - haven't been up there, but I would like to
try) - drive to with minimal hiking i think?
Let me know if you're interested in coming along or if one option sounds
better or worse to you, and we'll figure something out.
Colby
