[Birdtalk] Broad-winged Hawk report

Justina at the FB Nature Center e-mailed me and said there was hawk hanging out all morning in the playa south of the Nature Center that she could not ID but said it looked like the picture of the juvenile BWH in Sibleys. I went out on my lunch to look at it but it had disappeared, I didn't see any hawks at all for the half hour I waited but unfortunately I had to get back to work. I haven't heard of any other sightings and I have not seen it myself.

Does anyone have any more information on the Broad-winged Hawk report? There was no supplementary details such as age, behavior, photographs, etc. 
For such a rare bird in Utah, and such a late date it seems like there should be more information.
