[Birdtalk] Dead Williamson's Sapsucker

Yesterday, while riding my bike around downtown SLC, I saw what appeared to
be a dead Female Williamson's Sapsucker.  It was at the 400 S. 200 W.
Intersection.  If you were heading north on 200 W. it would be in the right
hand turning lane.  I didn't get a great look at it because I was riding by,
but it really looked like a WISA.  Strange place for a dead bird.
