[Birdtalk] Merlin on Antelope Island?

I saw this bird in a tree, east of the road, just north of the Garr Ranch, as I was driving south.

I guess you didn't put an exact location, but under one of your photos there was the comment
"That's a Merlin. Did you see him at Fielding Garr. We saw him in the grove of trees east of the picnic grounds on Sunday."
Which is where we saw a similar (the same?) one a few weeks ago. If this is the case this may be a reliable Merlin for people to see this winter.
