Hi Birders,
First, thanks  for answering my fledgling questions. You've all been very helpful with  your responses to my birdbrain questions.
Next...what is this bird?  Could it be some kind of Warbler? I saw it at Bear River MBR on 14 May  2008. I'm refering to the first one in the album, among the reeds, with  yellow-orange throat and brown back.
