[Birdtalk] EAST BAY GOLF COURSE PONDS - PROVO - 5/1

Birded East Bay after work this evening and had my first WESTERN TANAGER of
the year as well as a BULLOCKS ORIOLE and probably the same YELLOW WARBLER I
have seen there several times recently. Swallow watching was excellent as
they struggled against the wind to give me good looks. BARN, VIOLET-GREEN,
BANK and NORTHERN ROUGH-WING were all easy to ID. Also, there were LEAST and
SPOTTED SANDPIPERS present along the shores. One interesting note is a whole
bunch of Yellow Rumped Warblers were congregating together climbing on the
walls of one of the buildings. It seemed almost like they were trying to
shelter themselves from the wind - it was quite entertaining to watch
them.List of species present below.
