[Birdtalk] Northern Harrier in Sugarhouse

Last night as I was driving up 2100 south past Sugarhouse Park a surprise Northenr Harrier was seen flying over 2100 south and over the north side of the park.  Would have been a cool yard bird, if it had been a couple blocks to the north!
