[Birdtalk] golfer kills red-shouldered

To be sure, it saddens me when people display such callus disregard for 
birds and wildlife in general. There certainly ought to be consequences 
for such behavior. Life is precious, and not just human life, but all 
life on Earth.

Having said that, and it is heart-felt, you could also say that adds new 
meaning to the golfer's term "birdie." ("He got a "birdie" on that hole.)
