Here are some misc sightings from around Salt Lake and Davis County over the past few days...

02/27 - Lee Kay Ponds

25 Double-crested Cormorant
2 Tundra Swan
1 Peregrine Falcon
Numerous species of Waterfowl

02/25-03/01 - Sugarhouse Area

2 BOHEMIAN WAXWING (this is odd, but there are 2 individuals that I have seen 3 times in my neighborhood in the last week)
American Crow (seen daily flying over)
We have also had Sharp-shinned Hawk, Canada Geese, and Cedar Waxwings as regular flyover this past week)

Today Colby Neuman and I stopped by Kaysville Ponds to look for the reported Cackling Geese. There were 13 geese present, and none were cacklers. There were Great Basin and Lesser Canada Geese, as well as 1 parvipes, and a what looked like a Dusky around. However, no minima or Rishardson's Cackling Geese were seen today.

We made a quick stop at Park Lane to look for the RSHA. There were 2 Rough-legged Hawk, as well as a Kingfisher (and another Parvipes Canada Goose) present, btu we were unable to track down the hawk before we had to head out.
