[Birdtalk] Bear River Refuge - road construction

Hi All -

The bid for the refuge road project will be awarded tomorrow, and we'll
host a pre-construction meeting with the contractor here at the education
center within two weeks.  At that time, we'll be given detailed information
on the project, when the road will be closed, etc.  The project manager
said the road won't be closed until after 4th of July weekend.

We'll also be doing news releases and will hold a "town meeting" here at
the refuge, giving everyone an opportunity to attend and get more
information on what's being planned, and when it will happen.  Again, I'll
be sure to share that meeting date with you.

As we continue to get more detailed information, I'll share it with you all
via Birdtalk.  Just wanted to provide a little update.
