[Birdtalk] Annual UOS Conference

To all Birders,

This is to remind you of the upcoming UOS conference to be held on September 12-14 at Weber State University, Ogden.  You do not need to be a member of the Utah Ornithological Society to attend.  For full details, please visit the UtahBirds.org website, go to state organizations and hit utah ornithological soc.  There you can access the highlighted CONFERENCE notice, which will spell out all the events, including field trips on Friday and Sunday, as well as a short one Saturday a.m. before the paper session begins at 9 a.m.  Also, plan to attend the social with hors douvres, featuring Dr. Dale Clayton, ornithologist at the University of Utah Dept. of Zoology.  A registration form will be prepared next month so you can register, hopefully, on-line by then.  The High Country Inn off the I-15 12th Street exit has some nice discounts when you mention the conference.  For this discount you'll have to register by September 1.
