[Birdtalk] need help with baby quail

A neighbor boy brought a baby quail to me this afternoon. We tried keeping it safe, outside his home, in hopes that the mother would find it. As it's getting later, I told him and his dad to put the baby inside a box with a towel beneath it, and use a drop light to keep it at about 85 degrees. And gave them some chick starter I have for it to peck at. I left a message with the Springville fish and game office, but they never returned my call.
Is there anyone in Utah County whom I could contact for help with this bird?
