[Birdtalk] Today's Birds of Interest

[Jim & Beanie]

Today at home:  White-crowned Sparrow, Cassin's Finch, Northern Shrike, Flicker, Downey Woodpecker, Chickadee, plus the usual juncos, sparrows and finches. 

Today at the Fish Hatchery in Logan:  Red-tailed Hawk, Harrier, Kestrel, Great Egret, Snipe, Shoveler, Kingfisher, Common Goldeneye, Gull sp, Crow, Killdeer, Gadwal, and Short-billed Dowitcher. 

In our travels from Paradise to Logan and back home  12  Red-tailed Hawks. 

That is the highlights.  With the other usual suspects we had 31 species today.
