Dave,

You might try contacting Leupold first for their recommendation; they might 
even recommend you send the eyepiece back to them for repair or replacement. 
Most spotting scope manufacturers have a similar system and they sometimes 
require repairs be paid for in advance or you at least have an authorization 
number from them before you ship. They might also be able to recommend a 
local repair service.
