[Birdtalk] Northern Pygmy-Owl!

My son has seen a Northern Pygmy-Owl sitting underneath our deck for the
last two nights.  We have a walk out basement and underneath the deck we get
mice living in the English ivy.  The owl has been sitting underneath the
deck "watching" them.

So cool!

I will try to get photos tonight.  It doesn't seem to be scared of people.
My son will be outside with the owl and it doesn't fly away.  I am not sure
about using a flash on it though.  I don't want to mess up its vision.

Just wanted to let you know about our latest new bird in South Weber.  Our
feeders are attracting all the usual suspects.
