[Birdtalk] Reply to Kris Purdy's request about Ruff Observations

I got a chance to run out on the causeway around noon today, briefly, and
I observed one RUFF on the north side of the causeway a couple hundred
feet east of the mm4 post hanging out between the occasional killdeer. There
was at least one other car load of birders I talked to who were looking at
the same Ruff at the time I was, but I saw a few other birder
groups/individuals cruising the causeway as well.
