[Birdtalk] Merlin at Lake Park

On Saturday, 7 Dec 2008, I saw a Merlin at Lake Park.  From Bangerter highway, go west on Lake Park Blvd to the second roundabout. The bird was sitting on a lightpost and was kind enough to pose for me. 

In the river north of Select Health, I think I may have spotted a Merganser, but I'm not sure. 

Whatcha think? That's a Merlin, right?
