[Birdtalk] Scrub Jays

I had several Scrub Jays a few years ago that were very friendly. I got one of them to take peanuts and mealworms from my hand. One spring, my son came over to help me get the swamp cooler going. We took the screens off to clean and Matt discovered what appeared to be cocoons in the slats. They turned out to be peanuts.
