Maybe it's time for someone to remind us - it would appear that what you say
is not true since from my observation there appear to be two very divided
opinions about what is acceptable. As I recall also, this whole thing
probably would've ended early on with a simple disagreement between Tim and
Steve until a third man entered the fray with a sarcastic albeit short
rant.....
