[Birdtalk] Off Topic: Willard Bay

Folks,this is not about birding, but t his is the only place I can think in
my circle of acquaintances that might know the answer to my question ...
What the heck are they doing on Willard Bay dike?  There is monster shovel
digging the dike parallel with I-15.  I heard there was a breach in the dike
this past spring, but I thought it was on the north side of the Bay.  If
anyone knows what's going on here, e-mail me privately so as not to intrude
further on this list
