Well, I have to hand it to my husband. His suggestion of my working outside to net spring bird sightings did the trick. I was working in my yard this afternoon in Ogden, Weber County, and heard and saw my first male Broad-tailed Hummingbird lift off one of the feeders. Those husbands and their advice! Gotta love 'em.
