[Birdtalk] Vesper Sparrow?

Hi Birder Buddies,
Would you agree that this is a Vesper Sparrow? I saw it on the Frary Peak trail at Antelope Island on 3 Apr 2008. I included the Raven because I thought it was interesting how the light reflecting off its glossy feathers made it appear to have grey feathers. Also there are lots of Mountain Bluebirds up there. See large wingless bison bird too. :)
It was an amazing beautiful day up on the mountain!
